The Lake Erie celebrated Christmas with a spectacular feast. Culinary Specialist worked diligently throughout the day to prepare for the grand occasion. Cooking a Christmas dinner for three hundred is no small task, but the Culinary Specialist prevailed with the most succulent of meals. Everything from the mundane turkey to a full on shrimp platter was ready for the crew. The dinner was topped off by ice cream and various other deserts. Their work went noticed and was greatly appreciated!
